Level 65 - Killing this guy was torture. I found him up in an area clogged with mobs, so I pulled him to a separate area... that still had mobs. I blew all my mana fading off adds and he regened back to 75 or 100% everytime I did. I finally killed him and he rewarded me with a piece of trash helmet that most level 5 players would scoff at.
